At Will & Bear, we want you to love your hat as much as we loved making it. If your fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all full-priced items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your hat in its original shipping box with all tags attached to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
